This complete, high-performance inspection platform combines precision stereo optics with integrated 4K digital imaging. Built for detailed visual inspection, measurement, and documentation, the system delivers crisp 3D images with a wide field of view and smooth, continuous zoom—no PC required.
The stereo zoom microscope provides 6.7x–50x optical magnification, extending up to 143x when viewed on the integrated 11.6” 4K monitor. Ultra HD imaging, on-screen measurement, and image/video capture are all handled within the system, with HDMI output available for external display. Designed as a unified solution, this microscope system streamlines inspection workflows for quality control, medical device, R&D environments, and more.
Designed for Ergonomic Use
Extended microscope use frequently causes eye strain and musculoskeletal fatigue due to fixed, unnatural working postures. Traditional optical microscopes often require operators to lean forward, bend the neck, and restrict movement for prolonged periods.
The Mighty Cam Eidos 4K system overcomes these issues. Its integrated 11.6” high-definition display positions the inspection image at eye level, allowing operators to maintain a comfortable posture throughout extended sessions. Optical viewing remains available when needed, providing flexibility without compromise.
SPZV-50 Stereo Zoom Microscope
The SPZV-50 true trinocular stereo zoom microscope delivers a best-in-class zoom ratio, wide field of view, and long working distance. Precision optics provide sharp, high-contrast 3D images from edge to edge, making this microscope ideal for inspection, documentation, and analysis.
Magnification range: 3.35× – 200× with optional auxiliary lenses and eyepieces. A wide selection of stands, lights, and camera options allows configuration to match your workflow.
Featuring a universal C-mount interface, the SPZV-50 integrates seamlessly with the Mighty Cam Eidos 4K and other industry-standard cameras.
Digital Inspection Made Easy
Eliminates Eye Strain and Body Fatigue
The Mighty Cam Eidos 4K features a high-performance 8.29MP CMOS sensor (1/1.8”) delivering 4K Ultra HD resolution (3840 × 2160 @ 30 FPS). When mounted to a trinocular microscope or video lens via its standard C-mount, it provides exceptional clarity, contrast, and color accuracy.
The integrated display eliminates the need for eyepiece viewing, reducing eye and neck strain during extended inspection use.
Capture 4K Images and Video
No Computer Required
Save ultra-high-definition 4K images and video files directly to a MicroSD card. No PC or external software is needed, which streamlines documentation and review workflows.
Track Stand with Fine Focus Adjustment
Overhead and Backlight LEDs
This versatile track stand is ideal for a range of inspection tasks. The focus mount adjusts vertically with coarse or fine focus knobs for precision positioning. The microscope stays in place without the need to lock it.
The overhead LED lamp tilts for precise illumination, while the base-mounted backlight LED is perfect for transparent specimens. Each LED has its own dimmer control, and a dual-sided cover is included for applications where backlighting is not needed.
Tilting Display
The Mighty Cam Eidos 4K monitor features an ergonomic tilt adjustment, allowing users to find the ideal viewing angle with ease. This reduces neck strain and enhances comfort during extended inspection sessions, while maintaining clear, detailed imaging.
HDMI and USB-C Outputs
The Mighty Cam Eidos 4K includes HDMI and USB-C outputs for flexible connectivity. HDMI enables live viewing on an external display while maintaining the built-in monitor. The USB-C connection supports data transfer and optional integration with imaging software. (Software not included.)
